POWERMADE is proud to renew its collaboration with OVERMADE for the second phase of the new tissue production hub of Zain Paper Industry in Doha, Qatar. For the new TM3 and TM4 lines, our supply will include all the key auxiliary sections necessary to ensure process efficiency, reliability, and sustainability: steam and condensate removal system, high-efficiency Yankee hoods with air system, dust and mist removal systems for machine and rewinder, advanced cleaning systems for wires and felts and coating treatment.

Each line will be capable of producing 30,000 tons of tissue per year, at a speed of 2,000 m/min, with a Yankee dryer of 4,572 mm in diameter, integrating advanced technological solutions for a low-consumption production process thanks to energy recovery systems. Our experience, already established in Phase One of the project with the first two lines, continues to support OVERMADE’s technological excellence and Zain Paper Industry’s ambitious vision.
