POWERMADE has recently completed a major rebuild of the air system at the Al Hennawy Co. for Paper and Chemicals Industry tissue paper mill, located in Sadat City, Egypt.

The project involved upgrading the existing air system by installing a heat recovery unit. This key innovation resulted in significant energy savings, making the facility more sustainable and improving its overall economic efficiency.

At the same time, the rebuild also enabled increased production thanks to a more stable and optimized drying process. The fine-tuning of the air system allowed for a productivity boost without compromising product quality, demonstrating how targeted interventions can lead to significant operational benefits.
