The cleaning system is designed to ensure maximum efficiency in cleaning felts and wires and to improve the quality of the paper and the life of the products, thanks to a homogeneous distribution of the washing flows that guarantee uniform cleaning over the entire width of the sheet.

The oscillation system allows the tube to move in a synchronized way with the speed and length of the wire and / or felt, so to ensure that the jet, moving transversally, covers the pitch between 2 nozzles in a uniform way, thus guaranteeing optimal cleaning.

The oscillation system guarantee no deadtime during  reverse movement and the variable speed correlated to the speed of machine obtaining further cleaning efficiency.

The speed of the wire and / or felt and the displacement of the nozzle must have a constant ratio.
