Mexican Tissue producer CONVERTIPAP selected OVERMADE for the supply of one complete tissue plant for the production of high-quality tissue.
The machine OVER CRC20 will be equipped with POWERMADE‘s plants as:
- High temperature Yankee hoods
- Steam and condensate removal system
- Dust and Mist removal system
- Recovery energy system from the fumes exhaust
- High tech cleaning system for felt and wire
The line will produce 35.000 tpy tissue using recycled and virgin fiber.
The machine, equipped with a 4,572 mm Yankee diameter, is conceived to work at a speed of 2,000 mpm and includes all the technological solutions for an energy saving tissue production such as high efficiency hood with recovery boiler and steam system with economizer. POWERMADE.
The delivery is scheduled to be in the first quarter 2023. Our supply will perform the job including all necessary services of engineering, logistics and erection supervision services as well as assistance to the start-up of the line.
